Raised in San Patricio, New Mexico on open pasture and thoughtfully grain finished for exceptional flavor. Every box is packed by our family so you can serve food you know and trust around your own table.

Weekly delivery is available on Wednesdays between 10AM-4PM throughout the Lincoln County and Roswell area. Orders must be place by Monday at midnight. We will contact you before delivery. If no one will be home, please leave a clean cooler in an accessible location for your order.
